What We Do

We operate across the full spectrum of flexible living

We operate across the full spectrum of flexible living, seamlessly blending short-term stays, curated hospitality, and long-term residential options into a single, cohesive experience. Our approach is designed to adapt to the diverse needs of modern life, ensuring that every space we create offers both comfort and convenience.

By integrating these varied living environments under one unified platform, we provide unparalleled consistency and quality. This holistic strategy allows us to shape sophisticated, personal spaces that are uniquely suited to the way people live, work, and stay today, no matter their duration of residence.

Crafted Living, Elevated

We are a design‑driven real estate platform that creates living and hospitality experiences with enduring appeal. Our differentiator is the fusion of development leadership and hands‑on operations, allowing us to maximise potential from the very first sketch to long‑term performance.

We operate across the full spectrum of flexible living—short stays, curated hospitality, and long‑term residential—within a single, integrated platform. This holistic approach enables us to shape spaces that feel personal, sophisticated, and uniquely suited to the way people live, work, and stay today.

By marrying the precision of institutional investment with the creative fluency of a boutique studio, we craft environments that are not just beautiful but fundamentally more valuable. Each project is conceived as a place people choose to return to, rather than simply pass through.

Our Development Projects

The SmartLiving Integrated Hub

A comprehensive end-to-end digital ecosystem developed to streamline the transition from property sourcing to daily operations. This project focuses on a “one-stop” management philosophy, providing users with a fluid, automated experience for managing flexible living spaces.

Urban Creative Living, Munich

Urban Creative Living in Munich represents a sophisticated fusion of modern residential life and integrated workspace, tailored for the city’s dynamic professional community. Located in a vibrant urban hub, the development offers high-quality flexible apartments designed to foster both personal privacy and social connectivity.

The interiors reflect a refined aesthetic, blending contemporary minimalism with functional warmth. Every unit prioritizes natural light and sustainable materials, ensuring a living environment that is as healthy as it is beautiful. Beyond the private residences, the project features curated amenity zones and creative studios that draw on the local neighborhood’s energy. This platform is not merely a place to stay, but a benchmark for design-led development that elevates the everyday experience of Munich’s creative class.

Locke Platform, London & Europe

The Locke Platform, spanning London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, is a pioneer in design-led hospitality and placemaking. By bridging the gap between boutique hotels and high-quality residential living, it creates “creative living platforms” that respond to the needs of the modern traveler and long-term resident alike.

Each location features a unique design language that respects the local history and architectural texture of its surroundings. The platform embeds intuitive service rhythms and five-star detailing into the fabric of everyday life, offering a seamless transition between work, rest, and play. With a focus on operational excellence and aesthetic integrity, these environments provide a sanctuary for project workers and visitors who seek a sophisticated, personal retreat within Europe’s most bustling urban landscapes.

Craftworks Studios, Clerkenwell

Craftworks Studios reimagines a former Victorian warehouse in the heart of Clerkenwell as a mixed‑use creative living destination. The scheme comprises 43 flexible living apartments, alongside workspace and amenity spaces that respond to the area’s creative energy.

The interiors respect the building’s industrial heritage—exposed brick, timber, and cast iron—while introducing contemporary detailing, carefully considered lighting, and curated amenity zones. The result is a place that feels both rooted in its history and entirely suited to modern, urban life.

Equidistant from Old Street, Barbican, and Moorgate, the building sits within one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, where artisan cafés, markets, and creative studios animate the surrounding streets. Opening in 2026, Craftworks Studios will be a benchmark for how design‑led re‑use can elevate everyday living.
